LessKathryn is a registered and licensed dietitian. She received her BS degree in dietetics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and then completed her dietetic internship and earned a Masters of Science degree in nutrition from Loyola University, Chicago. sp; She works with patients undergoing all types of cancer therapy including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery and stem cell transplantation. Kathryn is also a clinical instructor for the dietetics program in the school of Kinesiology and Nutrition at the University of Illinois. She is a member of several professional organizations including the oncology practice group of the American Dietetics Associate and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. Kathryn is excited to be joining the team at University Surgical Consultants. She is committed to helping patients improve their nutritional status in order to optimize surgical outcomes.
